Hey, can I recommend some modern CDs to check out?
The roots
I would recommend Stadium Arcadium by RHCP, anything by The Doors, and "World Gone Crazy" by Doobie Brothers.
I have the dani california single, its pretty good. Doors are ok to me and the doobi brothers I might have to get.
